Is coaching for you?

As a seasoned coach and empowerment partner, I believe that the right attitude is essential for successful coaching. That’s why I’m passionate about working with individuals who are ready to be challenged, willing to work hard, and open to growth. As an ICF and NBC-HWC certified coach, I bring a high level of expertise and professionalism to our partnership.

But what makes me a great coach? I believe it’s my ability to:

– Build rapport and trust with my clients
– Inspire and motivate them to reach their full potential
– Stay focused on their agenda and goals
– Communicate clearly and effectively
– Develop a personalized toolkit to support their growth
– Hold them accountable for their progress
– Create a safe and supportive space for them to explore their thoughts and feelings

I’m committed to helping my clients achieve their goals and live a more fulfilling life. But I also believe that coaching is a two-way street – it’s a working relationship that requires a fit between us. That’s why I offer a complimentary chemistry session to ensure that we’re a good match.

In fact, studies have shown that coaching can have a significant impact on personal and professional development, with 80% of clients reporting increased self-awareness and 76% reporting improved communication skills. (Source: NBC-HWC Study)

If you’re ready to work with a coach who is dedicated, passionate, and certified, let’s explore how we can work together to achieve your goals.

Is coaching counseling? Short answer is NO.

I’ve had the privilege of working with numerous clients who’ve asked me to clarify the differences between coaching, mentoring, consulting, and counseling. It’s a great question, and one that’s essential to understanding the unique value each profession offers.

Let me tell you, I’ve seen many clients confuse these terms or assume they’re interchangeable. But trust me, they’re not! Each profession has its own distinct approach, focus, and benefits.

Coaching, for instance, is a co-creative process that empowers you to achieve your goals, develop self-awareness, and design a desired future. It’s future-focused, and I work with you to identify and break through obstacles, develop strategies, and build accountability.

Mentoring, on the other hand, is more about guidance and wisdom sharing. A mentor offers valuable insights, experience, and knowledge to help you navigate your journey.

Consulting is solution-focused, providing expert advice and guidance to address specific challenges or problems.

And counseling? That’s a whole different ball game! Counseling is about healing, recovery, and addressing past traumas or emotional wounds. Licensed counselors and therapists are trained to treat mental health disorders.

Here's the thing: One does not replace the other!

Each profession serves a unique purpose, and they can even complement each other beautifully. In fact, some of my clients also see a counselor, and we successful addressed their commitment to their mental health and treatment plan.

Coaching and counseling can work hand-in-hand, as coaching provides accountability in a setting that’s not about treating, but about moving forward.

We can work together to create a powerful support system that addresses your unique needs.

So, if you’re wondering which path to take, know that coaching is about empowering your future, mentoring is about guiding your journey, consulting is about solving problems, and counseling is about healing your past.
